We are a boutique advisory firm, with 20 years’ experience in prime central London real estate. Our areas of experience include acquisition and sales, investment and development, valuations, statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement and general practice surveying services. We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

As a bespoke agency, we buy and sell for private clients in the London market, offering our detailed knowledge of the local market and its changing conditions. We provide access to leading professional advisors to see through the transaction process from start to finish including surveyors, solicitors and mortgage brokers.

Fred Pilkington is an RICS Registered Valuer and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. He has worked with a variety of UK property firms in London since 2001, including the central London valuation team at CBRE.

Fred has a BSc from Georgetown University and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University (Cass Business School).
